I am Jacopo Di Latte, a certified surveyor with extensive experience in building design and land development.
I operate mainly in Carovigno, Ostuni, and the Salento area, where I personally manage every phase of each project: from the initial consultation to site supervision.

My work focuses on designing high-quality residential properties and identifying agricultural land for investment and new constructions. I combine technical expertise with a keen eye for landscape aesthetics and close attention to each client’s needs.
