Villa Materia
Set in the Apulian countryside, this villa represents a perfect balance between tradition and modernity. The project enhances the use of local stone and Mediterranean white, integrating the building into the natural landscape with discretion and harmony. Native vegetation, olive trees, agaves, and lavender surround the structure, creating continuity between interior and exterior.
At the heart of the project is the functional organization of the spaces, designed to welcome natural light into every environment while ensuring maximum privacy and comfort. The central pool becomes a breathing element of freshness, framed by clean geometries and essential lines.
Villa Radura
Nestled among the olive trees of the Salento countryside, Villa Radura stands out for its minimalist elegance and strong connection with the Mediterranean landscape. The clean lines of the white structure engage in dialogue with local stone and the natural environment, creating a refined and harmonious contrast.
At the heart of the project is the long, scenic swimming pool around which the villa’s spaces revolve. The architectural layout emphasizes privacy and functionality, while large glass windows allow natural light to flood every room.
Designed to offer wellbeing and tranquility, Villa Radura blends contemporary architecture with Mediterranean simplicity, becoming an ideal space to experience the beauty of the region.
Villa Mèlia
Set among olive trees and the golden light of Salento, Villa Mèlia offers a contemporary interpretation of Mediterranean living. Geometric lines blend with local stone and pure white, creating a refined balance between simplicity and style.
The swimming pool, framed by stone walls and a wooden pergola, becomes the heart of the project — a place for relaxation and conviviality. The spatial layout emphasizes a connection with nature, offering privacy, comfort, and a truly harmonious atmosphere.
Villa Mèlia is designed for those who wish to live in a place that tells the story of the surrounding land through a clean, essential, and strongly evocative architectural language.
Villa Orama
Villa Orama is an oasis of contemporary elegance, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, where minimalist design meets the natural charm of the Apulian landscape. Clean geometric lines harmonize with the warm tones of dry stone and the soft southern light, enhancing every perspective of the villa.
The heart of the project is the outdoor living area a spacious open-air zone sheltered by stone-clad porticoes, overlooking a crystal-clear pool framed by aromatic plants, lavender, and flowering shrubs. The interiors are bathed in natural light thanks to large glazed openings, blending indoor and outdoor spaces seamlessly.
Villa Orama is designed to offer tranquility, comfort, and beauty in a refined balance between contemporary architecture and Mediterranean spirit.
